The Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa announces a competition based on candidates degrees and work to date for the academic year 2009/2010 for 10 doctoral (PhD) positions,reserved to university graduates from non-European Union nations. The application, written out as per the attached facsimile, addressed to the President of the Scuola Normale Superiore, Piazza dei Cavalieri, 7 – 56126 PISA, must arrive to the Scuola Normale no later than 30 June 2009.

Note: SPP dibayar, apartment+makan gratis, masih ada uang tambahan 9200 euro/tahun. Minimal harus bergelar S2. Nilai GRE Subject sesuai bidangnya diperlukan untuk pelamar PhD dalam bidang Matematika, Matematika Ekonomi, Fisika, Kimia, Biologi, atau Mikrobiologi.

Alumni SNS Pisa diantaranya adalah Enrico Fermi (Nobel Prize in Physics, 1938) dan Carlo Rubbia (Nobel Prize in Physics, 1984).
